Trauma Recovery

Trauma can have a profound impact on your ability to function in your daily life. But you do not need to be defined by the negative events you have been through, and recovery does not have to happen alone.

This 8-week group is intended to help you on your journey to recovery from trauma. Sessions include psychoeducation about the traumatized brain, experiential activities to practice the tools we teach and group member discussion to help group members come together and support one another. Our group is based on the Seeking Safety curriculum, though we focus on trauma rather than addiction.
