Hi Everyone! As an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, I use a person-centered approach and do my best to meet you where you are at. That means I believe that you are the expert in your life and I’m here to help you move through it without any judgment or biases. Whether it be depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, or difficult life transitions, we’ll collaborate together to help you be you.

I also use a trauma-informed lens and borrow techniques/interventions from several therapies
including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Brief Psycho-dynamic, Emotions-Focused, Solutions-
Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment styles.

I have experience and great interest in working with Asian American individuals, other BIPOC
communities, grief related to COVID-19, formerly incarcerated/ justice impacted people,
LGBTQIA+ folx, college students, and undocumented individuals.

I identify as a Filipino American, 2nd generation immigrant, cis-gender hetero male, and use he/ him/ his for pronouns. I was born and raised in San Diego. gets a little uneasy.
