Welcome! I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor under the supervision of Donald Hua LPCC #10292. I believe everyone has the ability and right to live a truly fulfilling life. My passion as a counselor is to help people overcome the barriers that hinder this process through integrative treatment approaches and holistic support.
My therapeutic approach is founded on person-centered and existential therapy principles. I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for those seeking more indirect trauma processing.
Though I am open to working with any and all concerns, I have the most experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorder, and interpersonal relationship dynamics.My primary specialties include working with adolescents, young adults, single parents and marginalized communities.
